All employees of Pioneer SecureShred must pass a comprehensive national and state criminal background check, drug screening, employment history, and driving record check prior to employment.  Additionally, each employee must sign a Confidentiality and Ethics Agreement.  All employees are bonded and insured.

Secure Containment of Confidential Paper

A variety of on-site locking containers for all your confidential paper and product needs are provided free-of-charge. A Pioneer SecureShred Account Manager will meet with your staff to help you determine the level of service and best placement for the containers.

Secure Removal of Your Sensitive Material

A uniformed Pioneer SecureShred service representative will come out to empty the security containers or remove purged files or other material for destruction.  All materials are loaded into our fully enclosed trucks for transport to our Security Facility.  Our drivers carry 2-way radios and are in constant communication with headquarters.

Pioneer SecureShred Facility

Our security complex is completely surrounded by a fence with a gated and locked entrance.  The Security Building is monitored 24 hours/7 days a week with alarms and all access points are monitored by our state-of-the-art surveillance camera system, complete with a recording/retention library retained for 90 days.

Our Destruction Process

Your confidential material is unloaded and fed into our 100 horsepower grinder.  The ground-up paper is then baled and sent to paper mills where it will be recycled by repulping and then formed into a new product.

Witnessed Shredding

Customer Assurance: Certificate of Destruction

Pioneer SecureShred sends you a Certificate of Destruction with each itemized invoice, verifying that your paper or product has been destroyed.
